This is just a quick reference sheet for taco seasoning, not giving exact measurements, because I do a dash of this, a pinch of that, but I never buy packaged taco seasoning, or sauce at the store! This is an example of what I typically put into the meat as I’m cooking it for tacos:
Sriracha (I love Sriracha) (as much or as little as you like – depends on what kind of heat you want)
gluten-free Soy Sauce (a dash)
Play with the flavors, find what flavor combos you like, but trust me; you can do better than the packages. If you want it extra saucy, put in a little tomato paste/avocado oil combo, or steamed peeled tomatoes.
